I lived here for six months, and cannot count how many times the cops were around, arresting people, yelling, breaking up domestic disputes. Twice, someone came to my door trying to sell me drugs. The second time, the man tried to force his way into my house. Being a young girl on my own, I ended up calling the police--I've never had to do that before!
Absolutely everything that could break did. I came back from a long weekend to find my apartment flooded from an upstairs water break--no one had even checked the surrounding apartments for damage until I complained.
I think the outbreak of BED BUGS pretty much says it all. I count myself lucky to have gotten out of there intact.
