Broomfield is a place to be in terms of family. This complex is old, but well kept, as maintenance is top notch. There are mainly young families, lots of kids. There is a nice playground area and nice grounds. We were drawn there by the rates, distance from school, and community. On the flip side, costs also involve you paying your water, sewer, electricity and gas....and the heating is the old floorboard style from the 70's. Great closet space, fairly roomy, love the kitchen space. Current rate is $625 for two bedrooms, which is supposed to be a deal from $775...which you would have to pay if you break the lease. Pets allowed- deposit for each one, but no rent.
