Highlander was an okay complex. It is situated between just about everything, but really isn't close to anything. There is one bus that goes by infrequently about a 1/2 mile away. 120th street is a mile and a 1/2.
The noise off of Sheridan is constant. Mostly trucks hitting potholes and clanging. Also, people in the complex like to peel out onto Sheridan in their Geo Metros.
Mngmt is nice. They were quick to answer our maintenence requests, although they didn't figure out the problems until the third time.
Price was very nice. We got the nicer 2 bdr. for $700.
Problems: A/C is only in living room. Parking is poor. Neighbors are generally noisy. Lots of kids. Someone stole light bulb in laundry room, and it wasn't replaced.
Pluses: Price. New remodels were nice. Good move in special on deposit.
