They do call this complex Mexikito, and it's true there are many Mexican families who live here. If this doesn't bother you it's a nice sized apartment for the price. The insulation is poor though and you pay to heat the outside, and the air conditioning is in the living room only so the bedrooms are saunas at night. It is noisy and full of kids who are not being supervised. The pool is tiny and always full of unsupervised kids. I don't feel safe necessarily and sometimes hear shots at night. It's ok, but if you're looking for something that's more safe, quiet, and secure go elsewhere. The staff is ok at first but if you have any issues at all they're not on your team. Keep that in mind when you're moving out.
