Pluses and minuses

I only lived her for a few months but I really was pleased with my experience. The 2 bedroom unit was VERY spacious and well lit. It was well maintained and very clean when I moved in. I thought that it was very quiet inside, for the most part, and would recommend living on the top floor. The stairs are a pain and often are in poor condition, but living on the bottom floor you will experience scores of children banging on your windows or yelling. There are too many kids there who don't have supervision. It's a little overrun, but if you live on the top floor it won't matter. The laundry facilities are also a problem. They only have one washer and dryer per building and even though there are only 6 unites per building the rooms always seem to be in use. Parking is ample and my car was relatively safe there, I felt. I found Jill to be extremely honest and to have integrity when it came to dealing with tenants, particularly at move out. It was nice to live somewhere that actually gives back your deposit. I miss living at the Highlander, but we left the area and didn't have a choice.
