I've been in Marquis for about 3 years. I'll agree with everyone else that the parking is the worst but I can honestly say that this place is pretty good for an apt. I've tried to shop around a few times and have always found other apts coming up lacking. The management group here...while not always around are very nice. The staff is always nice including the maintenance. I can't say that I see packs of college students running around. I've never seen anyone having sex in the hot tub and I've never seen any sick adults outside. The population is diverse with most families in their 20's and 30's.
