My only issue was/is with noisy neighbors. I have spoken with the office, and the matter was corrected. Still some minor complaints about noise, but it's an apartment, so I know it won't be completely sound-proof. The staff here is very nice, friendly, and eager to please. No complaints about the staff. I can see why some might have an issue with parking, but you can park in front of your garage (if you have one) or rent a covered space (that way you have a reserved space).
We will be moving, though, when our lease is up, but only because we need something bigger. We moved here from another state and had only ever seen The Marquis online (we even applied/rented over the internet). Overall, it's not bad. Better, in my opinion, than some of the other reviews have made it out to be, and I consider myself to be a pretty picky person.
