just moved in. not a bad place other than my couch not fitting through my front door. my apartment is laid out so the door is on the first floor, then you open it, an immediate 45 degree turn and then stairs. the couch simply did not fit. we had to have 5 people hoist it up and over the balcony which was the craziest thing I have ever done with furniture. the valet trash idea is disgusting, the scene of trash sitting on the sidewalk is just not pleasing. first impressions are everything, my friends showed up the day i moved in, trash from the curbs were flying everywhere because of the wind and they were totally disgusted with it. so far, the office staff has not been too prompt with my request for a car port, since parking here is a joke. dont get me wrong its a nice place but there are more negatives so far than positives. I wish I could take this floorplan with me and move to another apartment community with a more responsive staff and a better way of dealing with their trash..
