GREAT FLOORPLANS

I wrote the review last Dec. about the couch not fitting in the entry way. I have since moved out to another complex that I lived in before. I will admit I really miss the floorplan and layout of the apartment. I lived in the A10 model. It was a great layout. Very spacious. Only 850ish square feet but looked huge. There were some problems along the way that I encountered such as:
1.Dryer didnt heat up on the first day I moved in (was replaced the following day)
2.Microwave died (I was without it for about 3-4 days. Not good)
3.Walls are paper thin. I heard my neighbor screaming at her baby all the time
4.Being right behind the pool was very noisy, and people didnt leave when it was supposed to be closed
5.Music would play outside in the pool area at 6 in the morning(cleaning staff')
6.Parking was a joke. I had to pay extra just to have a guaranteed parking space close to my building.
7.Whenever it got windy, it sounded like my dining room window was going to shatter or just come right off.
And this one puts the icing on the cake:
Someone drove into the building (bldg 8) causing a gas leak into all the apartments at 2:30AM. Cops were banging on doors, it was very scary being awakened like that and knowing that the place could explode at any minute. (Shortly after that incident I bought renters insurance) However, the manager Brad was extremely helpful, out there with all of us in the cold at 3AM. He even called me personally at 4AM telling me I could come back to my apartment. It was very thoughtful and kind. He even opened windows letting out the gas smell. It was still a scary experience.
