I'll have to agree with the first reviewer who thinks that the negative reviews come from the same person with an ax to grind. We've had a great experience with this complex and would recommend it to anyone.

The apartments are nicely laid out and comfortable. We've had very little problem with noise. One person near us has a tendency to play his music a bit loud with the windows open. However, when we call the office, the sound is turned down quickly. Management and maintence are reasonable and responsive. I've seen no evidence of loud, drunk college students. We're not near a college of any size and the residents seem to be rather diverse. I have no problem raising my son here.

The amenities are well kept (theatre, pool, workout room, business center), although they could do a better job of stocking the business center. They also seem to run good rent specials quite often. We were very happy with what we got for the price.

Parking is a bit congested, but I've never had difficulty finding a space reasonably close to our apartment. Its true that the gates rarely work, but I have yet to see that cause a problem.

Anyway, I would highly recommend this place overall. If we don't find a house to our liking when our lease is up, we would be comfortable staying here and signing another lease.
