The parking is horrible. There are countless empty covered spots but they are not included in your rent. The apartments are close to each other and the noise carries between buildings. The apartments themselves are great; very clean and roomy. We got a deal on our move in rate so it was worth it but market value on these is way overpriced.

It is nice and the people are friendly. The "Cares Team" is awesome. They plan monthly activities and provide free meals often! They really work to create community.

What do you want' It is an apartment, not a luxury palace on a golf course. For the price we got it has been very nice. No one is breaking into cars, or slashing tires. People appear to be clean and polite.
