Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
Showed me an apartment. Told me if I put down $200, they wouldn't cash the check until I told them I wanted them to run the credit. Wrote the check. Found another apartment and let them know I wanted my check back. They cashed it. Buyer beware.
