Do not give these people a supposedly refundable deposit. We are moving to the area and didn't not want rent a place site unseen. Kelly told us the 200.00 charged to our credit card would be refunded to us, but would give us 7 days to decide. Kelly will tell you ANYTHING to get you into an apartment. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!Buy the way, everything is an extra and not included in the price they quote you.
