Do not move here. Every nice thing about this place turns out to be only skin deep. They charge to much for the place and then immediately try to find ways to suck every last bit of money out from you. When we first moved in here the staff "accidentally" started to charge us $60 extra then the amount we had agreed upon for the apartment. When we continued to pay the set bill they started to send us late fees. When we finally confronted them for it, they acted as if they were doing us a favor by giving us the money back.
As for the rest... The pool is too disgusting to swim in and the business center is a joke. You think you are paying the extra money for all the nice add ons but most of these add ons are so cheap they turn out to be useless. The structure of the buildings causes everything to echo. Even when no one is talking loud the noise can be come over powering. I will agree with the other reviewers about the security. The gates are just for show and broken the majority of the time. But do keep in mind they are in the middle of suburbia and don't really need any security. Parking is fine. The staff is the spawn of hell, with no soul and no thoughts for others. They seem nice enough right up to the point where they sell you the place, after that the shed their facade of friendliness like it was acid. I only hope that some day they will learn that yelling at their tenets instead of talking rationally is no way to get anything done.
