I have only lived in the apartment a short time however, it is wonderful. The facility is very very clean. The Staff is very helpful, polite, and pleasent to deal with, if you need assistance they are right there to help and with no attitude. They make you feel like they actually know who you are and it welcoming and comforting. The grounds staff does a wonderful job, this is one of the key factors that sold me on the apartment facility. The grounds here at the Marquis is beautful, after a hard day of work you can sit by the pool at any time and it is beautyful, relaxing and clean. If you need repairs they are right on it. I give the Marquis at Town Centre two thumbs up.
