The square footage is very low. The ceilings have asbestos which they warn you about when you move in. Hot water runs out constantly - it takes 60 minutes to run a hot bath because you can only run a little at a time. I have complained several times and I am told nothing.

The cabinents are very old and the laminate is coming off.
