I can hardly wait to move out

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Very noisy. Unreasonable and ineffective management. Parking available for tennants but not for guests. Although many parking spots are available, guests are booted and charged $65 cash only-no exceptions. Broken glass, beer bottles, and trash are found regularly in bushes and parking lot.
