I lived at this place for just under 6 years, and just recently moved out. I was happy enough at first, but it went steadily downhill every year. Trash everywhere, kids that run around destroying the place without parental supervision, maintenance requests are not handled in a timely fashion, poor lighting, no upkeep. Just under a year ago a new management team took over. This is what finally made me decide to leave. They are rude, uncaring, evil people. Yes, evil. They are mean spirited, petty people who will do everything they can to rob you of your every last dollar and give you nothing in return. A neighbor moved in next to me in April 07, and I was there when they did the move-in walkthrough. The apartment was not ready for someone to move into it. There was extremely hot constantly running water from the tub in the bathroom, and more from the sink. There were no curtains on the windows or glass doors. There was no screen on the bedroom window. My neighbor requested all of these things be fixed. He had to call and request it many times. 6 months later when his lease was up he moved away, and not one of those things had been fixed. They still haven't given him his deposit back, and it's been 3 months.
