We lived there back in 2006 for only 6 months.
Management was very sloppy, went to work in the office just wearing some kinda sports team jersey, and was hard to get ahold of durring office hours, often wouldn't answer phone.
We didn't get our deposit back for at least 3 months after moving out, which I think by then we could have taken them to court. They claimed we didn't pay for one month and so they tried to take it out of the deposit, but we had proof we paid so got around that. We somehow found the property OWNERS number using the internet, these guys where in California, and had to threaten to take them to court to get our deposit back, THEN they finally gave it to us, but even then they misspelled our name on the check! If they have a manager now thats a little more organized and professional, maybe things are better now, but from recent reviews doesn't sound like it.

Another issue was the apartments themselfs. Anytime the pepole below us cooked something, we could smell it VERY well, and it didn't smell good! The A/C hardly worked, it got VERY VERY hot in there in the summer. The floorboards weren't even secure, when I stepped in one place I could feel the board move and hear it hit something 3 feet away, lol. The Kitchen drawers where old and didn't open/close very well. The heater didn't even work when we first moved in, but the maintanance guy was nice and fixed it pretty fast. The laundry room was scary, looked like it had BB gun holes in the wall. And one time we went down there and someone had taken our laundry out of the dryer right after we put it in, so you gotta watch your laundry or the neighbors will steal your wash or dry cycle, lol sad hu'. Also several weekend nights a suspicious looking car would park outside and sit there running for at least 30 minutes. And one more thing, your stuff is NOT safe in these apartments! They are easy to get into even when locked to say the least, so be warned.
Police often patroled THROUGH the apartments parking lot, which was slightly comforting. One night police where searching the area looking for someone, that was nice. One day there was a car in the parking lot with its tires slashed and windows busted out, that looked wonderful, lol.
But anyways, just thought I'd give my review, but again this was in 2006, its possible things have gotten better, but its up to reviewers on here to let us know right'
