I'm really surprised about the bad reviews at Partridge, but it might be because these reviews are pretty old and there is new management in place. It's an older property, but the new management in place really improved things. The maintenance guy is great and the manager is very helpful. The apartments are new updated, so for the price you're paying and the size of the apartment, it's a great deal! There are hardly any kids out and it stays pretty quiet. During the summer, there are a couple of them running around, but it's during the day when I'm at work so it's not a big deal. No complaints here!
