The staff and maintance have been very responsive and extremely welcoming. I have not had any problems and although there are train tracks close to the apartments I don't notice the noise at all. I got a great deal and everyone who comes to visit loves my apartment inside and out. The extras are awesome! Two pools, hot tub, 24 hour gym and tanning.

You are crazy if you think those things are "extras," you are paying for things that are not reliable, poorly maintained, and dirty the majority of the time.
