Probably the worst staff I have ever encountered while renting. Nobody in their office can give a straight answer and NOBODY can ever take responsibility for their errors. This place makes me sick. I can't count the times the office staff has been rude, short, and dishonest. Do not rent here. Save yourself the aggravation. Not to mentiopn the train at 3am every night!!!
