my lease is coming to an end, and it couldnt have gotten here sooner. this was the worst experience ive had renting. the staff is NEVER helpful, i can never find a parking space, and the rent is up there witht he more expensive properties like rock creek and the marquis (which are on another level form RW). take my advice and DONT rent here. save yourself the frustration. these people could care less about their tenents, and it shows.
