My Girlfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years. Our experience here at remington west has been pretty good. We love what they have to offer and the staff has been pretty good to us; although they seem to be out of the office a lot on the weekends. The maintanence team isn't the quickest but the have done a pretty good job with fixing our problems. There are a few things that definately need to be changed. The parking is really an issue and we have had people park crooked in their spots, also the way the residents drive in the parking lots is very dangerous.
My another concern I have is the price of rent I have researched a lot of other apartments that offer the sme if not more than remington west and seem to be less expensive. You might want to consider lowering your rental rates. Overall I have had a pretty good expierence at remington west. Thank-you to all that have made this an enjoyable stay.
