I have lived in dorm rooms that provided more comfort than this rat trap. There are a number of reasons why you shouldn't live here:
1. Awful, awful maintenance.
2. Louder than Gilbert Gottfried getting kicked in the genitals.
3. Staff is as pleasant as eating glass...salt covered glass. Seriously, I could communicate with Stalin easier than these people.
4. I swear that everything in our apartment has been broken in one form or another.
5. Heaven forbid you would like to go for a swim to avoid the heat of your apartment, because the small pool feels like you are swimming in warm urine.

Dont listen to those who tell you its nice, my guess is is that they have never lived someplace decent.
