First of all, you're going to need a lawyer to review your lease agreement. This complex will try to bill, harass, and embarrass you if you violate any part of your lease. Make sure you never have friends or family visit with any of their animals or you will be charged an ungodly sum. (as if the rediculous rent isn't high enough) Management is nosey, rude and without any customer service skills. Forget the customer (resident) is always right. Here you are always wrong and a suspect of breaking the rules. It feels like being locked up. Don't even consider this place when looking for apartments.
