Almost all the other comments about this place sum it up. I don't mind the trains, but the staff is completly uncaring. My lease is up in a month and of course they raised my rent $25 after I've paid early for a whole year and keep my apartment like a showroom. I can't really say if I'd rent here again but the lay out is nice... seems to be the staff.

They can't raise your rent before your lease is up. That's breach of contract. If they did, you need to form a complaint. If you are talking about a rent increase after your lease is up, that is fairly standard. Also, something to keep in mind. It is their corporate offices that decide rent amount and fees. I see a ton of complaints blaming it on the women in the office and they are just leasing consultants.
