Love the layout of the apartment and oval tubs. The one thing I wish I had known before I signed the lease: If you are looking at a third floor apartment make sure you check the ceiling in the bathroom. If there's a pvc pipe sticking out above the tub don't plan on taking a bath in the summer time. The condensation from the A/C drips into the tub ALL SUMMER LONG! If I had known this before I would never have rented on this floor, it drips all night and there's nothing you can do, plus it leaves water stains in the tub that look awful. It SUCKS. We've also kind of had some trouble getting maintenance people out in a timley manner (as in within a few days of the call). One good thing about the apartment is even if my neighbors are having a party and I can hear them in the outside hallway, once I go into the apartment I've never heard any noise through the walls.
