When I moved in everything was going great, but then after a few weeks I noticed that the people above me either walked REALLY heavy or the floors are really thin, and I know that in an apartment that it s going to happen but come on now. And then when I got a company truck they told me that I would either have to pay for a garage or carport because I already had 2 vehicles, kind of stupid if you ask me, it s not like I can control when I am going to get a company truck. And then as of now they are no longer taking ANY of your packages that you order online because they are either to lazy or whatever to take them and lock them in the Managers office. So now when you order something you have to pick it up at an ups store or at the post office. Overall the staff is pretty nice with the exception of the manager, her way of looking at everything is it ll cost you but I could be wrong. Doubt it. And now that it is cold I have to keep a blanket over the deck door because of the air that comes in, I called and got nothing back so the blanket does fine. Other then staff and the maintenance these are nice and tons of space in them. For a short term stay they ll do just fine.

Parking--the parking is really limited. I, for one, appreciate that management is trying to regulate it so that I don't have to park across the community when I get home late. Besides, I am pretty sure that I signed something when I moved in limiting the number of vehicles I could have.

I agree, I think I have ELEPHANTS living above me. Also I've seen a TON of apartment windows with towels lining them becaus eof the cold drafts that come in. The Maintenance crew leaves a note telling you 1: The problem was in your imagination or 2: The problem (which was "in your imagination") has been fixed. (Obviously, nothing has been fixed. I've also heard neighbors complaining about rodent infestation... Lovely.
