They are rude, tyrannical, unethical, cheating, lying, manipulative -------.
We have lived here for awhile (I do not want to say how long for fear of them figuring out who I am and fear of retaliation. No, I am NOT kidding.)
We pay and have always paid the rent on time. We are quiet (as a matter of fact, we are subject to THE OTHER RESIDENTS in our building having late-night parties with noise, breaking bottles, music, and drunken interludes in the hallways.)
The 'girls' in the office harass people continually. I cannot go into specifics, as I said, for fear of more retaliation. Suffice it to say that it is conscious on their part, and it is most definitely targeted assault. There are numerous 'rules' in the bylaws, such as not having barbeque grills, not backing in cars to spaces to avoid injury to passers-by on the sidewalks, no commercial vehicles, and other little snippets. I can tell you that, in direct violation to Westminster Fire Laws, there are Barbeque Grills ALL OVER on NEARLY EVERY BALCONY... unless you piss off one of the little -------. THEN you get a notice to 'remove it or risk fines and citations... etc etc etc" I can also testify that there are a TON of commercial vehicles parked and taking up the (VERY LIMITED: If you get home after 8 pm, you will NOT have a parking spot.) parking, without notice or mention. There are also NUMEROUS large pick-up style trucks parked BACKED INTO spots, with their LARGE TRAILER HITCHES sticking 2 feet over the sidewalks, putting them in perfect position to bang up our knees as we try to squeeze by. I guess they have either paid the chicks off in the 'office' or done some other type of 'favor' for them. You be the judge.

STAY FAR AWAY From this place, these people suck.

Be it known that there are now in the complex "Squatters"... that is, people who are living in the apartments that the leasees moved out of due to conflict with the ridiculous brats who work in the main office, and have their buddies illegally living there, because they could no longer put up with the constant harassment.

Yeah, that's safe.
