These apartments are noisy and dirty. There is an influx of low class people moving in, because all of the previous tenants are moving out because of the staff.

Just before Christmas, the staff began refusing packages at the office (Which is HUGE, yet they cited SPACE as the reason they would not accept packages.)

The Jacuzzi is always slightly green and SMELLS.

They are ticketing and towing visitors' cars, even though there are about 6 visitors spaces for the WHOLE complex.

They make a HUGE deal about solicitation, and post signs everywhere that it's not allowed, but then tell "CERTAIN PEOPLE" (who are the husbands/boyfriends of the Apartment Wenches in the Office) that they can POUND ON DOORS at ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT and SOLICIT the residents.

There is NO PARKING after seven pm. Period. NO PARKING. There is also no street-parking nearby.

The trains rattle the windows of the apartment.

On July Fourth, one of the residents was wandering the complex with a rifle, drunk, shooting his rifle randomly. The emergency maintenance people said that's not a maintenance emergency and hung up. The Westminster Police apparently thought it was an emergency, though, when 14 police cruisers came blazing through our complex and then the officers went trooping through the buildings at midnight with THEIR rifles drawn.

The Pool SUPPOSEDLY closes at 10pm, but nearly every night, there are young drunk kids making noise, screaming, and jumping and diving off of and over chairs into the pool. (The pool is, at its' deepest, 4 feet.)

They tell you when you move in that you can have a grill, then leave notices that it's "against fire code"... yet nearly every balcony in the complex has a grill.

The attitude of ANYONE employed here if you approach them with ANY sort of an issue or problem is abominable. It's well worth the extra searching to find a place which is larger and less expensive (We've already found them. There are a TON out there... with BETTER amenities, BETTER management (Not that it could get any worse) and BETTER location.

So DON'T Put up with the constant harassment at Remington West. Seek elsewhere. Less than a mile away there are 4 options... all better choices.

Oh my god, a guy was shooting off a rifle and you called the apartments' emergency maintenance to help? What were they going to do? Come out and toss wrenches and screwdriver the guy to the ground?! That's what 911 is for! Seriously people... I don't trust all these poor reviewers.
