I read the previous reviews and I don't know what these people are talking about, We Love It Here! We moved in about a year ago and have had an easy, great time living here. True we have had to call maintenance a few times but at what apartment complex do you not, that is why there is a maintenance crew. When we do have to call for something to be fixed it is done within 24 hrs. The staff is really nice, they remember who you are, what apartment you live in - when you go in they call you by name. If you ask me that makes for a great staff! We have no problems with noise, in fact it is one of the most insulated places we have ever lived. You can hear the train because the apartment is right next to railroad tracks, if you expect to live next to railroad tracks and not hear the train then you are like these other people writing reviews on this apartment complex and should not live here. The apartment itself is nice and well maintained, you can even paint to make it more your own! There are A LOT of trees and grass areas, there is also a park for kids! The neighbors are nice and friendly, you know their names and stop to chat in the hallways, that is more then I can say happens with people who own houses. They have a gym with a personal trainer on staff two days a week - she is free if you live here and is GREAT! There is no question - THIS IS A GREAT APARTMENT COMPLEX!

This person must be talking about the wrong apartment. There is definitely NO 'PARK FOR THE KIDS" anywhere near Remington West. Neighbors do NOT 'Stop and Talk' in the hallways, rather, they litter the hallways, have loud parties at the two barbeque grills by the pool, and have pool parties late at night, even though the pool is supposedly 'closed' and residents are supposedly limited to 2 guests per person at the pool. More than one occasion, I have walked by the gym and seen the notice taped to the door "Trainer not in today. See you next time." Guess that's why she's free. Also, if it's such a glowing review by such a real happy resident, why is it anonymous? Oh, yeah, because it was written by one of the ------- in the office, just like last time they found out people were telling the truth about this ghetto on here. (See previous 'good' review) Those of us that tell the truth about this place fear the harassment and retaliation that Remington West is infamous for, and therefore post anonymously. But this faker posting a 'good' review? What would she have to hide from, other than her true identity? Uh huh. Good try, girls. You are still awful.
