DO NOT LIVE HERE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 2 responses   I have never had such a horrible experience with fees and inept policies. Remington West expects a thirty day written notice of lease termination. The only way they notify you is by putting a piece of paper on your door. No phone calls, no human interaction. I am now expected to pay for 18 days of rent even though I moving out at the end of my lease. Why do I have to pay if I am not staying in this ------- ---- hole' Stay away they will rape you for all of your money!
