I have never had such a horrible experience with fees and inept policies. Remington West expects a thirty day written notice of lease termination. The only way they notify you is by putting a piece of paper on your door. No phone calls, no human interaction.

I am now expected to pay for 18 days of rent even though I moving out at the end of my lease. Why do I have to pay if I am not staying in this ------- ---- hole'

Stay away they will rape you for all of your money!

agreed!! So sorry it happened to you too... and thanks for posting the truth on here... maybe we can help other people from getting screwed like we did! Hope you found a great new place!

I just moved in and it was CLEARLY stated to me that when I moved out I needed to give a 30 day notice. Isn't that pretty standard with MOST leases anyway??? I (still don't) believe some of the stupid stuff you people write on these sights. Shouldn't KNOWING what your lease requires of you be YOUR responsibility BEFORE you SIGN IT???
