My 1 year lease is just about up. Thank God. When I first moved in it was great! The girls in the office were helpful and full of smiles. The property was nice and well kept and my maintenance issued were handled almost immediately. Over the past 6 months it has all gone downhill. The smiling faces are gone and have been replaced by a couple gals who don't have the slightest clue about service, the property is looking shabby, and I have requested maintenance that has taken over a week to be repaired! I moved from out of state, not knowing anyone, and found Remington West to be a nice place with friendly people and great service. It just isn't the same place as when I moved in last summer and I will be moving at the end of my lease.
