Just Sayin'
And nobody cares at the office.
The cops came, and the cop was a detective 8 years ago, and had to deal with this apartment office filing a claim, and he said "EVEN THEN THEY WERE MORONS"
From a WESTMINSTER POLICE OFFICER!
Stay Away. Unless you like being kept awake at all hours by selfish teenage mothers who get top floor apartments then let their kid run around (Naked. On the balcony.) and stomp and RIDE THEIR BIKE INSIDE and throw POOP (yes, POOP) at the neighbors' balconies.
Good Riddance to Bad Rubbish.
