Lived here for 9 mo, eventually had to move because we needed another bedroom. Staff was friendly and helpful, premises were clean, and maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely and responsible fasion. Overall, even though it was an older building, it was cleaner and better cared for than other properties we toured. Modest living, but if you don't mind communal laundry and some interaction with your neighbors, it's a wonderful place to live.
