I moved in pretty soon after the place opened, and I think that any trouble I had was just lack of experience. The property is very nice. The apartments are great. I don't have alot of guests, but it does seem like extra parking is taken fairly early. No problem for residents of course because of the parking garage. Also, the apartments are extremely quiet, you hardly hear anything. Maybe some bass once in awhile, but in the apartment I lived in previously you could hear every footstep above you, none of that here. Although, I hear that if you live next to a stairwell you can hear the footsteps and doors closing. Secured access is nice, and I like having all the doors inside. I feel maintenance needs to be more clear on what is considered an emergency, even though they live onsite, good luck getting them there on a weekend. Nothing ever seems to be considered an emergency. Also, there are alot of pets in the complex, but all of the owners seem to be good about cleaning up. But I really enjoy the overall experience. And it is really nice.
