Looks can be deceiving

Very poorly built... The walls are VERY thin (can hear neighbors) and there are HUGE cracks in the walls over many doorways. The heating system is very inefficient. Also, there are hidden fees... besides your own excel energy bill, you have to pay for a share of the energy that the entire comples uses!
