Renter Beware!

Have lived here for just under a year, if you are looking to relive your dormitory days then look no further! However, if you are a professional who does not want to feel as if they are still living on the hill at the University of Colorado Boulder then you might want to rethink your choice. The walls are paper thin, sounds as if neighbors are in the room with you. If you do decide to move here, you should seriously consider paying the extra for a fourth floor apartment, at least this way you will not have to listen to the noise level above you as well as to the side. In addition the interior hallways are a problem as well, again all of this goes to extremely poor construction. Also theft is a big problem in the parking garage.
Intially you look at the place and it seems as if it would be a wonderful place to live, again looks can be deceiving. I would stay far far away and if you have no other option, at least try to get the fourth floor and stay away from building 200 as there seems to be more problems in this building than in others.
