They have an electronic key in order to access any part of the building. Very safe! You can pull in an enclosed parking garage and drive to which ever floor you live on. The halls are heated/air conditioned. The space you have is unbelievable.

As read from another residents review: The animal feces are only a problem being that other residents do not pick up after their pet esp. when there are many poopie scoopie stations available. It is not utterly disgusting just completly frustrating.

Be careful of this review, yes indeed there is electronic key access to the buildings which intially gives you the sense of safety. However, looks can be very very deceiving. The building that I currently live in, the one side door entrance is always propped open at night, so that people who are going to parties in my building don't have to get buzzed in, they can just walk in. I have shut this door on numerous times only to go out and find it propped open yet again. It is one thing if people are moving in, but this has not been the case. Also certain gates get broken and take months to be replaced, it took one gate over three months to be fixed and over two months for the light above the gate to be replaced that had been burnt out. Certain buildings do have less problems than others. People in the office have acknowledged this as well. Also be very careful of sound issues. The bedroom walls are paper thin, you feel as if the person is in the room with you. This is a by product of poor construction, something of which people in the office have acknowledged as well as the corporate headquarters. Best advice if you choose to live here live on the fourth floor in a corner unit and stay away if at all possible from building 200.
