I have lived in The Summit at Flatirons for a little over a year. I dont have too much of an issue with neighbors and noise.

There does seem to be a problem with people picking up after their dogs but it seems to be mostly the younger people.

I dont think the management has taken into consideration the amount of people that live here and the amount of dogs that live here too. I was one of the first people that moved into the building and the doggie (poop) bags run out right away and dont get re-filled for over a week. Same with the trash pickup. It still seems to be picked up only once a week when in fact they should pick up twice a week because the apartment complex is almost at capacity.

One more thing, the balconies do need to be maintained better. The management sends out a letter that the balconies need to be neat, but then they never enforce it.
