While living here, while it was only a short while, I had the best time! I moved in in late August, and only stayed till the end of November. I cant think of a nicer, more relaxing, and peaceful place to be in broomfield than at The Summit. I was only a short walk to the nicest mall in the greater Denver area, I was only a short drive away from Boulder, and I could come home to just as nice a place as my surroundings.
The Summit was my first place on my own and I couldnt have dreamt of a community any better. I always saw a maintenance tech walking around on the grounds, or in the parking garage, cleaning. I always walked into the Leasing office/clubhouse and greated with a smile. It was great.
My Mom is in the Apartment Industry and she always put high standards of apartment living in my head and perspective, and this community made me smile and put me at ease.
I was on the 4th floor, and had an amaxing home, with 11' ceilings. Brand new everything. I was only the second resident of this particular unit. I APSOLUTLY LOVED IT. Big bathtubs in EACH bathroom, oversized closets, and incredible kitchens.
The only distubance's I would have, was the occasional passersby in the interior hallways on they're way to their home down the hall. (if it was late, and my neighbor was coming home while I was sleeping, I couldn't hear them... my room was on the outer facing side), AND the loud fire alarm, because when I resided, They were fixing the Master alarm.
(Don't Be too judgemental of ANY PROPERY, after all, it is apartment living.... Neighbors come and Neighbors go and eventually, you too move and get a house and then have to deal with problems of home-ownership and ON YOUR OWN!!!!!) LOVE WHAT YOU HAVE!!!

hahahahha.....whoever wrote that comment obviously works for The Summit. The Summit is awful!!!! The building is FAR from clean! It's disgusting. It smells like urine in the hallways from the animals, trash shoots are always backed up which makes the smell horrific sometimes. Yeah, there are big bathtubs BUT THE WATER FLOW SUCKS...takes forever to fill the tub and if u take a shower, the water pressure is AWFUL. Closets are not oversized....at least not in the 1 bedroom units. The leasing office is horrible...once you sign your lease you're totally disrespected because then they don't want to listen to any complaints you may have. The only people I know that they are "nice" to are the residents that have money flowing out of their butts. You can find a better apt community elsewhere....

I agree with you. The Summit was nice 3 years ago when I moved in but it has gone down hill drastically. I'm the original occupant of my apartment so everything is still really nice in my unit by my neighbor's have destroyed their apartments.
