Overall I have been very pleased with this community. While I tend to agree with some of the negatives that have been pointed out (security locks/garage and noise) the management team has gone above and beyond to rectify any and all of the issues I have encountered.

The location is great, right next to Flat Irons and I can easily get anywhere in the city and the DTC in about 30 minutes (40 with rush-hour). The views are spectacular and the hill to the south provides a great barrier for the notorious high winds of the area. There is always an abundance of parking in the garage but could use for some more visitor parking.

The amenities are always in good order (pool, excerise room/equipment & public computers). They are always improving the grounds and have them very well cared for by professionals.

Again, I am quite pleased with this community.
