Summit at Flatirons

NICE PLACE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   The Summit is a nice, quiet place to live. Like any apartment community, there are some issues that can't be avoided. During my time at the Summit, my maintenace requests have always been completed within a few days and the staff in the office always listen to any complaint. I have not had too many problems with nosiey neighbors. On the few instances I have, I asked them to quiet down and they polietly did so. I like the security of the building when it works properly. The hallways and grounds are always kept clean and do not smell. There have been a few rude individuals that have allowed their animals to crap in the hallway. That is maturity problem, not a problem with management. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend the Summit if you're looking for a nice place to stay.
