The Summit is a nice, quiet place to live. Like any apartment community, there are some issues that can't be avoided. During my time at the Summit, my maintenace requests have always been completed within a few days and the staff in the office always listen to any complaint.

I have not had too many problems with nosiey neighbors. On the few instances I have, I asked them to quiet down and they polietly did so. I like the security of the building when it works properly. The hallways and grounds are always kept clean and do not smell. There have been a few rude individuals that have allowed their animals to crap in the hallway. That is maturity problem, not a problem with management.

Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend the Summit if you're looking for a nice place to stay.

You must not live in the same Summit as most of us do. The hallways don't smell? The management is nice? You must be living somewhere different then. The hallways ALWAYS 24/7 smell, and the management is horrible. Or perhaps you are the management posting the single good review amoung 20 poor reviews.
