After reading the other reviews, I'm wondering if expectations vary drastically amongst people. The Summit at Flatirons has been a great apartment complex in which to reside. I absolutely love my apartment and the location. Of course, I can hear my neighbors from time to time but it definitely hasn't kept me up at night or has disrupted my life and I expect that this will happen given that we are all contained within the same building. The leasing staff, especially Catherine, have been very helpful and responsive. When I've had maintenance requests, the staff have responded quickly and fixed my problem(s). The hallways can get dirty at times but I suspect it is because of the careless tenants who allow their animals to defecate in the hallways or who leave trash behind. Gang, this is a 2 way street. Most of the complaints I've seen here are due to the tenants (everchanging) and not the leasing company. I highly recommend this as a place to live. I've lived in several apartments and this is the best so far.
