Place was always dirty. Dog feces constantly in the hall and if you live on a bottom floor, please be prepared to smell the constant sulfuric stench of stale dog piss right outside your window from the dogrun. Stains on the common floors from people dragging their trash. The leasing office was useless. They are scumbags who put on a good show, but once they have your money, they will be a real pain. It took an attorney for us to move out after our lease was up because they claimed we had not given notice. Written and oral agreements were provided to move out and when we tried, they insisted that no notice was given and that they expected us to stay there for another two months. The British lady is the worst, as she lacks any morals.
They also tried to add new features to the building which they expected us to pay for, including preferred parking spaces, which were a complete joke. The parking gate was always broken too. On several occasions, the building-wide fire alarms went off for several hours.
This place is horrible. I would avoid it at all costs. If you ask any current tenants, they will agree. This place is poorly managed. The walls are also very thin, to the point where you can hear conversations and many things were broken upon move-in.

As a current tenant, I agree. I remember that day when the fire alarms went off almost all day long. Walls are paper thin, dog faeces problem, halls sometimes smell of urine (actually found a cup of urine in the elevator once!!) Garage gate is constantly broken off, there is a trash problem here (people leave it in odd places, like the garage and hallways).
Thanks for the warning about termination notice! We are waiting out until our lease runs out. We will be very careful about this. Can't wait to leave here.
This place is deceiving. First impressions are not accurate. Our lease contract was about 30-40 pages long!
This place is not popular among its tenants. Take that as a warning.
