the complaints i see here are like little children crying for their mothers.

waaah, it's a little too loud, waaah, it's like living in a dorm. you people have obviously never lived in a dorm if you think that's what summit is like. you have obviously never lived in the crap-holes in boulder where you spend over $1000 on a 400 sq foot apartment with a mini fridge, mini stove/oven, no dishwasher and no washer dryer. go spend that ridiculous amount of money for vomit on your doorstep and couches on fire, then we'll see what you have to say about living here.

and for the record, i've NEVER seen poo on the floor in the 2 years i've lived here... and my shower is absolutely fine. in case you all hadn't realized, we all have our own water heaters, and you can CHANGE the temperature. turn it up a little and when you shower, it will use less of the super-heated water.


sounds like most of you have never lived outside your parent's house.... especially if you're complaining about $100 for gas/electricity. wear a sweater, turn off the 30 lights and tv you have on! and water is billed individually-- so if you're complaining about the price, CHANGE YOUR HABITS!!!

perhaps a staff member? maybe not...just having a jab... Your review is about whining about others whining, I guess... That said.. this is a site for ppl to review their experience with Summit. Each to their own. I personally agree overall that this place is very much over rated. Whilst it does have its positives of course (modern and spacious..although you have to question the quality; security, staff members are pretty much fine), the negatives honestly outweigh it. I have to say that there most certainly is a dog poo issue at Summit..without a shade of a doubt! I am tired of knowing my neighbors toilet habits too...There are more neg's which I won't cite. Yes, Boulder is overall a lot more expensive due to the location (Summit's location is not even close to being ideal), hence rents are higher. I much prefer location over apartment footage and age though. Summit does not give value for money when all aspects are considered as a whole. I do not recommend it at all.
