Very nice apartments and maintenance staff, did not have any trouble until we moved out. Moved out of state and recieved a bill for full carpet installation, claimed it was not able to be cleaned. Requested a work order to make sure the work actually got done and never recieved one, still dealing with it today almost a year later. I would pay the bill of only I knew that the work was done. Simple requests of the office staff seem to never get done and they do not like dealing with you once you move in. Only the office though everyone else is really helpful. The women you need to talk to all the time seems to never be there. Hope this gets resolved soon.
