This place only has it looks going for it...That s it... Management has changed 3 or 4 time in a year and a half. My friend works in the office and told me to be careful when moving out because they will charge you for anything and you can't do squat about it. They send collections after you and screw up your credit. When I moved out I had to spend numerous hours fighting to get back something of my deposit. Don't move in here, the Horizons across the street are much more peaceful and relaxing, noise wise and management wise. I've lived at both and would never in a million years move back into the Summit but would move back into the horizons any day....And there is dog poop everywhere :(

I just wanted to add our experience--we recently moved out after a year in the place--we had no problems whatsoever. The staff were GREAT actually. I was getting worried leading up to the expiration of our lease and upon our vacation date (based on some online reviews here), but it all turned out smoothly as could be.
