We have lived at the Summit for over two years now. The inside of the individual apartments are really nice. It's great having your own washer & dryer and other appliances. The location of the apartment is great as well since you are very close to stores and running trails. However, the fire alarm in our building has a gone off about 10 times in the last 2 years in the late evening/early a.m. Also, some people don't clean up after their pets so you could come across an unexpected surprise in the hallways or stairwells. If your dog has an accident inside, please clean it up! Also, we are on the 4th floor and there is some person who instead of walking their dog downstairs and outside, lets their dog poop in the parking garage. So besides the dog poop and the fire alarms, the place is pretty nice. We would renew our lease again, but they increased our rent to a rate that we cannot afford.
